Campaign Team Leader / Administrator - Fixed Term

Reference: 6706805 Top Energy is owned by a Consumer Trust which means we act in the best interests of our 34,000 consumers in the Far North. Consumer NZ has identified that Far North bill payers may be able to save up to $550 a year on their power bills by ensuring they are on the best electricity retailer plan for their usage. To make sure our Far North consumers are getting bang for their buck, we are running a campaign from February to May 2025 to engage with residents, help them understand their bills and find the best plan for them. We are looking for a tech-savvy admin superstar keen to lead a team of 4 Door to Door Campaigners for this period. Your role will involve:

1. Setting the schedule for the day
2. Leading the team
3. Responding to customer queries
4. Sorting out accommodation and travel arrangements for the team when needed
5. Providing statistical reports and campaign feedback to your manager

Maybe you are an experienced administrator keen to take the next step into team leadership. Or maybe you have a background in customer service or retail supervision and know the ins and outs of campaigning.
