Performance & Controlling Manager

The newly established Performance & Controlling Manager will be supporting the DBS value capture process and managing the DBS cost rolling forecast and control for the Asia Service Delivery Center (ASDC). Monitoring and driving the performance of the ASDC, including cost management, productivity, SLA, RSLA, and KPIs. Performance and COST Controlling

• Ensure accuracy of DBS cost forecast and reporting to Danone reporting system;
• Ensure the successful and timely closing of DBS cost, P&L, and Cash Flow; identify/push gap closing actions on time;
• Analyze actual cost vs rolling forecast in different service lines and follow up with service lines for action plan;
• Ensure accurate quarterly and annual landing;
• Provide clear analysis on rolling forecast and the risk and opportunity to Danone headquarter in regular financial review meetings;
• Maintain & improve relevant allocation rules for cross-charging the costs to the corresponding parties including Danone headquarter and maintain the profitability level according to tax compliance requirements;
• Ensure compliance of accounting and internal control rules regarding DBS costs;
• Support DBS SLA, RSLA, and Integration Charter process;
• Track KPI targets in line with global strategy;
• Coordinate and support DBS document review and update (Policy, SOP, WI) for DBS service line.

About you

• Bachelor's degree, majoring in accounting or finance related;
• 5+ years of finance working experience with at least 3 years in business planning and expense control;
• CPA or ACCA is preferred;
• Good command of spoken and written business English;
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PPT. Exposure to SAP R/3 is preferred.
