Job Description:
- Lead sales team in achieving revenue targets for steel products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and maintain existing client base.
- Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and resolve any issues.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies.
