DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Tools

Job Description : DevOps EngineerPosition Overview :We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing Linux systems, configuring and optimizing Nginx, and deploying applications on cloud platforms like GCP and AWS. Experience with Hostinger and hosting management tools is a strong advantage. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for streamlining deployment processes, ensuring system reliability, and optimizing performance.Key Responsibilities :- Manage and maintain Linux-based systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.- Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Nginx for various deployment scenarios, including load balancing and reverse proxy setups.- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).- Work with Hostinger to manage domains, hosting accounts, and application deployments.- Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.- Implement and monitor infrastructure-as-code solutions for scalable and repeatable cloud deployments.- Optimize server performance, resolve issues related to system crashes or slowdowns, and ensure maximum uptime.- Maintain system security by implementing updates, patches, and hardening configurations.- Collaborate with the development team to support deployments and resolve production issues.- Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices for team-wide knowledge sharing.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).- 1+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role.- Strong knowledge of Linux system administration and shell scripting.- Hands-on experience with Nginx configuration and optimization.- Proven expertise in deploying and managing applications on GCP and AWS.- Familiarity with hosting platforms, particularly Hostinger.- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.- Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Preferred Skills :- Familiarity with database management systems and their cloud integrations (e.g, MySQL, PostgreSQL).- Experience with load testing and performance tuning.- Knowledge of DNS, SSL certificates, and domain management.- Basic programming skills for automation (Python, Go, or similar).What We Offer :- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies.- A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.- Flexible working hours and remote work opportunities.
