**Key Responsibilities**
Answer and forward phone calls
Greet all showroom guests
Scheduling appointments
Maintain Customer Data
Resolve Customer related complaints quick and in an efficient manner
Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems, facilitating expense reports, and ordering office supplies
Oversee executive schedules, including travel arrangements, itineraries, and arrange team meetings
**Qualifications**
Bachelor degree/diploma
Two or more years of experience working as an administrative/executive assistant, or in a position performing customer relationship management duties
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
**Language**:
- English & Arabic

- Sales: 2 years (required)
