Read more about this opportunity!Your responsibilitiesManage complex debt collection cases from start to finish;Maintain frequent communication with clients, counterparties and other stakeholders;Contribute to the development of our national and international legal practices;Collaborate with the French desk, which consists of French and Dutch legal professionals specialized in international contract law, commercial- and procedural law;Supervise both extrajudicial and judicial collection processes and advise Dutch and French companies engaged in cross-border business.Your profileHBO/WO level education, preferably in French law or a comparable field;0-3 years of relevant work experience;You are analytical, accurate, a team player but also driven and result-oriented;You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, in French and English. Dutch is a significant advantage;You have a healthy dose of entrepreneurial spirit that you would like to develop further and you embrace sustainability and corporate social responsibility;You feel comfortable in a multicultural team in an international setting.Who Are We?We are an international organization with two core activities: debt collection and legal advice.
