We are looking for a skilled MEP and Architectural Drafter to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as architectural layouts.ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed MEP and architectural drawings using CAD software.Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop design concepts.Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.Maintain organized project files and documentation.Assist in the coordination of project timelines and deliverables.Desired Candidate ProfileAssociate's degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.Proven experience in MEP and architectural drafting (2+ years preferred).Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
