As part of our ongoing recruitment process, we are building a CV pool for future opportunities in the Back of House - F&B department at Six Flags Qiddiya City.If you have experience in the food and beverage industry and are interested in joining our team, please submit your CV along with a cover letter specifying your areas of expertise and the type of role you are interested in.Key responsibilities:Prepare and cook food items following established recipes and standardsAssist in maintaining inventory and ordering suppliesMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow proper food handling and safety protocolsCollaborate with front of house staff to ensure timely order deliveryAssist in menu development and testingAdhere to company policies and proceduresAssist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff when necessaryRequirements:Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a back of house roleStrong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniquesAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulationsAbility to work well in a team
