Job DescriptionThe Senior Advisor will focus on several key areas:Tailored Messaging: Craft and deliver targeted internal communications that resonate with our diverse workforce, keeping all employees informed and engaged.Best Practices Advisory: Provide expertise in internal communications, sharing best practices and insights to enhance team effectiveness organization-wide.Campaign Execution: Lead internal communication initiatives, ensuring messages are delivered timely and effectively.Employee Event Management: Manage all KSA employee events and forums.Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and improve the effectiveness of communication efforts to boost engagement.Qualifications:5 to 8 years of experience, preferably in the Middle EastLanguage proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English; Arabic language preferredWorker Type: EmployeeJob Type: RegularAt AtkinsRéalis, we seek to hire individuals with diverse characteristics, backgrounds and perspectives.
