Key ResponsibilitiesMDM Strategy Development: Lead the design and execution of MDM strategies, aligning them with the organization's goals for data governance and quality.Informatica MDM Implementation: Oversee the implementation and optimization of Informatica MDM solutions to manage master data efficiently across different systems.Data Governance and Quality: Collaborate with data stewards and governance teams to define and enforce policies that ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of master data.Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with IT, business analysts, and data teams to integrate MDM solutions into various business processes.Data Integration: Ensure seamless data integration between Informatica tools and other systems such as ERP and CRM.Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the health of master data, ensuring continuous data quality improvement.Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to internal teams on MDM best practices and the use of Informatica tools.
