Be ready to be thrown in at the deep end, taking on large-scale projects from day one, under the guidance of a supportive leadership team who will encourage your personal development and offer you new opportunities.Job DescriptionThe Marketing Executive is responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns in order to achieve business targets and objectives. Working with the Marketing Manager, senior stakeholders and external vendors to support the overarching marketing strategy and commercial objectives through increased brand engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver a wide variety of targeted content across multiple platforms to increase audience engagement and retention.Execute media plans and produce marketing communications materials through the utilisation of various visual assets and content.Create impactful, audience and insight-led content, appropriate to the channel; demonstrating excellence in copywriting and proofreading.Employ a metrics-driven approach for all outbound activities.Demonstrate analytical knowledge and an understanding of the importance of data.Conduct market research to understand customer, competitor and market trends.Build positive relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels.Use appropriate opportunities to relay the voice of the customer across the wider marketing teams.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years' experience as Marketing Executive. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Qualities & ExperienceMarketing Strategy; Marketing Delivery; Measuring Effectiveness; Brand Management; Copywriting & Editing; Customer Experience Management; Relationship Management; Data Gathering & Analysis; Market Insights; Creativity; Communicating for Impact; Influencing.Additional InformationPlease note that this role is reserved for Saudi Nationals only.Core Benefits:Medical Insurance for individual and familyAnnual leave - 25 daysWellbeing BenefitsRemote working on SundaysWorking anywhere - 1 month every year, or for senior managers and above, 2 months every yearLocal Relocation Package:Paid flight to Riyadh (for you and your dependents)30 days accommodation or suitable serviced apartment from your arrival date.
