Are you an experienced Management consultant who enjoys providing focused support and expertise to your team projects? Are you an accomplished consultant who is committed to your client's success and satisfaction? If so, we want you to consider joining our Arthur D. Little team!We are looking for talented individuals to fill Manager positions across our Middle East offices in Dubai, Riyadh, Bahrain, and Beirut.As a Manager at Arthur D. Little, you will lead the successful accomplishment of our assignments. Therefore, you will:Structure the overall mission in line with the client's issues and needsProvide expertise to your team in structuring and solving problemsManage the workload while coaching team members to ensure a successful deliveryCommunicate recommendations and sensitive messages to senior level client audienceAs a Manager, you will also build relationships beyond project assignments and are able to spot and help develop opportunities for future business.You have relevant management experience in a consulting firm or in a similar position in the industry. As a future Manager at Arthur D. Little, you will:Demonstrate broad industry knowledge combined with sharp business acumenQuickly develop an understanding of the client's situation to maximize the impact of Arthur D. Little's presenceUtilize appropriate leadership and convincing skills to motivate your team and drive change in your client's environmentQualifications:5-7 years of experience in a consulting firm or in a similar position in the industry.Preferably, bilingual in Arabic-English
