Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 02/27/2024 The Digital Governance Senior Advisor will be part of the Intelligent Automation and Digitization team which delivers high-impact consulting, strategy, business excellence, and analytics projects to our clients across MENA. In this particular role, the Advisor is expected to solely act as a direct advisor to the Chief Digital Solutions Officer who is leading technology architecture, governance, product management, Data & BI, product development, and operations functions of the largest semi-governmental company in the real estate industry. The Digital Governance Senior Advisor's main duties are as follows: • Support the Chief Digital Solutions Officer's agenda and represent him whenever required. • Closely work with/ coordinate key stakeholders within and outside the Chief Digital Solutions Officer's organization. • Provide strategic advisory and insight on digital strategy, technology, and operating model. • Perform consulting activities and executive reporting on strategic programs, people management, performance management, capacity management, financial management, budget and planning, vendor management, and other important governance domains. • Act as an escalation point in investigating and resolving critical issues and conflicts within the internal stakeholders as well as with vendors. • Proactively seek improvement opportunities, track important/ strategic tasks, propose and implement appropriate quick wins/ solutions. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, Product Development or related field • 15 + years of experience in managing digital and technology functions especially in market-facing digital products companies AND/ OR • 10+ years of experience in digital consulting at a reputable consulting company • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills at C-level • Relationship management skills -able to manage stakeholders at various levels • Superior governance and execution skills • High attention to detail and commitment to quality • Track record in managing/ leading digital solutions teams • Strong knowledge in PMO, SDLC (Waterfall and Agile frameworks) and Enterprise Architecture • Strong knowledge in Web/ Mobile digital product
