The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within the residential apartment sector. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and execution of business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the real estate apartment market.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and acquire potential clients. Utilize various channels such as networking, referrals, and online marketing.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, property developers, and other stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs and concerns.
Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies and business plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify key sales opportunities and drive initiatives to close deals.
Property Presentation: Organize and conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers. Highlight key features and benefits of the apartments and address any questions or concerns.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and ensure successful closure of sales agreements.
Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and business development progress.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and establish connections with potential clients and partners.
