Limited, Pakistan Responsibilities:Looking after Recruitment & Selection process specifically for IT ProfessionalsConducting Orientation program for new employeesGetting continuous feedback on employee performance through team leads/managers on a regular basis and conducting Performance Review SessionsLooking after employee payroll, compensation, and benefitsCoordinating with teams as liaison for different projectsHandling employee grievancesFormulating HR policies and strategies while closely working with the ManagementMaintaining employee files and documentsJob SpecificationQualifications:A degree in HR or Business AdministrationSound knowledge of HRM and HR best practicesMust have excellent communication skills (oral and written)Must have excellent interpersonal and people management skillsPositive attitude and good learning abilitiesMotivated and ambitious to make a career in Human ResourcesGood MS Office and basic computing skills.
