Facility Engineer (5 Days) #65726 Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Supply Chain/ Manufacturing Position Title: Facility Engineer Working Location: Tuas Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance ($750) + AWS + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Maintenance of building, facilities, and security at all Company’s sites. Coordinate and execute, when necessary, inspection, testing, general maintenance, and repair of the critical site systems and equipment. Ensure that all equipment and other facilities are working properly. Critical systems and equipment include power/ UPS, backup generator, and fuel supply. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), plumbing/ water supply, security doors/ alarms/ cameras, Fire safety systems and equipment. Provide situation/ status updates to the Facility Manager on issues which are to be resolved and the critical system or equipment is fully operational. Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities and develop a system for cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities. Deliver timely and efficient solutions to facility-related requests. Liaise with contractors on maintenance/ repair. Supervise contractor on-site. Review the risk assessment submitted by the contractor prior to the commencement of work. Ensure required safety requirements are in place prior to the commencement of work. Minimum Requirements Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. At least 2 years of work experience in Facility Management. Possess own transport is an added advantage. APPLY NOW!!!
