Job Title: Data Architect – Dynamics 365 Implementation Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: London (Hybrid) IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Role Overview: WeDo is on the lookout for a Data Architect to help one of our consulting partners with a key Dynamics 365 implementation project . This is a hands-on role where you’ll be shaping the data strategy, making sure everything from governance to migration and reconciliation is spot on. You’ll play a big part in ensuring the data is clean, accurate, and ready to support the rollout of Dynamics 365 Key Responsibilities: Data Architecture Design:
- Drive the solution of comprehensive data architecture to support the Dynamics 365 implementation.
- Address challenges around data migration, integration, and reconciliation.
- Define and implement data governance frameworks, focusing on policies, standards, and security.
- Set clear guidelines for user access, outlining what is permissible and restricted in data handling.
- Develop processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
- Lead efforts to reconcile data across systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy during and after migration.
- Establish mechanisms to identify and eliminate data duplication, ensuring only clean and validated data is transferred into Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with BI teams to ensure data models and reporting structures align with strategic goals.
- Provide input on how the BI solution should be built and integrated with Dynamics 365.
- Work closely with project teams, technical consultants, and business stakeholders to define and execute the data strategy.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, aligning the architecture to business needs.
- Partner with implementation teams to design and oversee data migration plans.
- Ensure that the data architecture supports future scalability and integration opportunities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
