We are looking for an experienced Power Platform & SharePoint Developer to join our Global IT team at Innospec. Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions that adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Design, develop and deploy customised solutions using Microsoft 365 (M365) tools such as SharePoint Online & Microsoft Teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and create technical specifications.
- Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to governance, standards and best practices across the Power Platform and SharePoint to promote secure, scalable, and compliant solutions in a hybrid centralised & ‘citizen development’ environment
- Customise SharePoint Online sites, pages, web parts, and workflows according to requirements, including customising and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and document management features to meet specific business requirements.
- Integrate SharePoint Online with other Microsoft services such as Teams, Power Automate, PowerApps and Power BI
- Perform SharePoint Online administration tasks such as site provisioning, permission management and content management.
- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials to support best practice and system adoption
- Working with Innospec business users to Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and external vendors to integrate M365 solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Provide training, technical support, troubleshooting and resolution to end users on developed solutions, SharePoint/Power Platform applications and features effectively.
- Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- SharePoint Online (M365) administration including managing site collections, permissions, workflows, and content.
- Strong proficiency in developing and customizing SharePoint Online sites, pages, web parts, lists, libraries, and workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI).
- Development experience in Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven Apps) and Power Automate using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) across environments.
- Experience working with Dataverse tables, security roles and groups.
- Hands-on experience in SharePoint out-of-the-box features, strong proficiency in SharePoint Online development using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Graph APIs, REST APIs and PnP webparts.
- Experience with database technologies, ideally SQL
- Experience in a global or manufacturing organization is a plus
