1. Drive the Supply Chain strategy within the relevant commodity team which consists of representatives from supply chain, procurement, and component engineering.
2. Drive a solid forecast and S&OP process for components with relevant suppliers, securing maximum material availability at lowest exposure/costs and risks.
3. Drive structural improvement processes in components Supply Management.
4. Define safety stock settings and implement within Signify’s internal and external locations.
5. Manage lead times and lead time accuracy with suppliers.
6. Define and drive for the right Supply Chain KPIs and performance targets at suppliers.
7. Create and manage Logistics agreements with relevant suppliers.
8. Support supplier selection, auditing, and development from the Supply Chain function.
9. Responsible to resolve global shortages with suppliers and if needed by escalation management and by the global scarcity allocation process.
10. Manage global excess PO/stock by the rule of PO push out & stock sharing.
11. Secure stakeholder management, reporting, information sharing and escalation.

More about you

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in supply chain.
3. Strong supplier management skills and commercially sensitive.
4. Strong stakeholder management skills, able to make presentations to senior and executive management, adapting to the needs of the audience.
5. Fluent in English and Chinese.
6. Strategic thinking and being able to deal with complexity and take fast decisions.
7. Strong Excel skills, preferably experience in PowerBI, Snowflake and automation.
