Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
- Update and maintain employee data and documentation consistently to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports & handle routine HR tasks such as drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and overseeing verification processes.
- Address employee inquiries promptly.
- Assist in organising internal events and programs aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Diploma or higher in a relevant field such as Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR administrative roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills, particularly in managing manual input tasks.
- Self-driven individual with the ability to take initiative to clarify issues and provide solutions.
- Availability to work on weekends during peak periods (replacement leave provided).
- Knowledge of the latest HR trends and practices.
- Previous experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- HR-related certifications.
- Familiarity with HRIS or hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
