- Enhancing the core product suite and localizing for new markets
- ERM - A simple enterprise solution to manage work flow, resource planning & billing
- Lead a team of 6 consisting of Front end & Back end engineers
- Review all documentation, bug fixing, and prioritize product improvements
- Ensure code quality, stability, maintainability, readability, and performance
- Advise on the scope and resources required for new product ideas & features
- The engineering team is 20 - Malaysia is the newest engineering hub - but has the biggest potential to support China expansion.
- Reporting to the Head of Engineering in KL who has worked for VC backed startups
- Vue.JS
- PHP
- Experience working with a startup/scale-up/fast-changing environment
- CakePHP/Elixir
- System & Architecture design
- Experience working with a B2C/consumer web & mobile solution
- 8-10 years engineering experience
- 2+ years leading (or mentoring) a team of 2+
- Hybrid - 3 days a week in KL office
