Full time

  • Oversee and ensure the implementation of the strategy and business plans at property levels includes asset enhancement initiatives within the portfolio are executed diligently and within stipulated financial measures;
  • Work closely with Centre Manager and General Managers to provide financial leadership for overseeing of property business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, analysis and approvals;
  • Set key strategies including target positioning, tenancy mix for a portfolio of assets and to achieve financial targets;
  • Conduct business assessment on property levels strategies relating to facilities and equipment upgrading, etc. from the aspects of feasibilities and reasonableness;
  • Develop and maintain financial and asset models to analyze the overall performance and efficiency at property level as well as preparing asset reports and analysis on the properties and identifying opportunities for improved performance;
  • Work with the property management team to identify key issues and come up with strategies to address key challenges and to build the business;
  • Work closely with property management team to ensure that the property remains investment grade;
  • Ensure necessary approvals are prepared and in compliance with the regulatory compliances, internal corporate governance and FAL requirements (before they support or sign off);
  • Collaborate with the investment team to evaluate acquisition targets and optimize returns from assets;
  • Liaison with related stakeholders.
Requirement:
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with good business acumen and strategies or equivalent;
  • Qualification in CFA/MBA will be an added advantage;
  • At least 6 years related working experience in the real estate industry with a good understanding of retail property investment and management;
  • Experience in asset management relating to non-retail assets, e.g. industrial, logistic and commercial will be an added advantage;
  • Candidate with strong knowledge of management accounting and facilities management will be an added advantage;
  • Possess strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills as well as meticulous on numbers;
  • Demonstrable involvement in shaping managerial decisions that affect events beyond standard daily operational activities;
  • Responsibility for meeting financial targets that rely on the efforts of more than one person;
  • Strong track record of positive results achieved through influencing others rather than through direct authority;
  • High level of integrity and professionalism;
  • Result-oriented, able to work independently, self-motivated, organized and able to manage deadlines;
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, as well as solve problems in a timely manner.
