Expectations from the Role

1. Strong interpersonal skills; promoting healthy relationships and team dynamics with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity; strong troubleshooting skills; ability to identify patterns and generate ideas.
3. Experience in programming languages (such as C#, Java, Angular, Python, PL/SQL) and database platforms.
4. Experience in Agile delivery model is an added advantage.
5. Good understanding of technology concepts, trends, and capabilities.
6. Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Must-Have

1. Articulate requirements and assess detailed solutions options from a system perspective.
2. Support solution design and contribute expertise and detailed knowledge to ensure high-level design decisions are able to be delivered.
3. Full conversion, creation, alignment, traceability, and successful mapping of requirements into functional and technical specifications.
4. Ensure requirements are mapped and documented to functional and technical specifications for software development projects.
5. Contribute expertise in supporting the development of technical specifications.
6. Hands-on technical development and implementation is required.
7. Carry out incident support for in-production systems and manage end-user expectations.
8. Oversee and QA the development of all solution components ensuring this meets requirements and complies with all relevant standards.
9. Contribute and follow standards and frameworks for development.
