• Take ownership of Angular Development projects from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Angular developers of up to 5 members, including code reviews, best practices, and architectural decisions.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Angular applications, modules, and components.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing innovative solutions to overcome challenges together with Backend Teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to Angular projects including architecture diagrams, coding standards, system configurations, change log, and user guidelines for new development.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Angular Development, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the development process and product quality.

Skill Requirements:

• 5+ years of development experience in front-end, preferably with Angular 2+
• Must be able to code in: Angular 2+ (TypeScript) including Angular CLI, Angular Material, and RxJS
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive web design principles.
• Familiarity with managing, reducing, and avoiding technical debt.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams, providing mentorship, and guiding developers in Angular development projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues in Angular applications.
• Proficiency in Test-Driven Development and familiarity with highly scalable and distributed systems.
• Experience working in Agile development environments with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
