The Senior Key Account Executive will play a pivotal role in managing the independence of LKA HQ, strategizing forward promotion plans, and leading negotiations at the HQ level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG, with a minimum of 2 years of experience handling LKA HQ. Candidates with over 3 years of experience in FMCG, specifically managing LKA HQ, are encouraged to apply as well. Key Responsibilities:
- Independence Management: Oversee the autonomy of LKA HQ operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategies.
- Forward Promotion Planning: Develop comprehensive plans for future promotions, taking into account market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- HQ Negotiation: Lead negotiations with LKA HQ to secure favorable terms and agreements that drive mutual growth and profitability.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG with a focus on managing LKA HQ.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
