Job Overview: We are seeking experienced and result-driven SEM Executives to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As a mid-senior level executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing search engine marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and maximize ROI through paid search strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Management : Plan, create, and execute effective SEM strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Optimization : Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, quality scores) and meet KPIs.
- Keyword Research : Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends for better targeting and audience reach.
- Ad Creation : Write compelling ad copy and test variations for better performance.
- Performance Tracking : Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms.
- A/B Testing : Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and other elements to continually enhance campaign performance.
- Budget Management : Manage SEM budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget and goals are met efficiently.
- Collaboration : Work closely with SEO, content, design, and development teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic strategies.
- Market Research : Stay up to date with SEM trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Experience : 1-2 years of experience in SEM and paid search campaigns management.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and other SEM tools (experience with tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs is a plus).
- Analytical Skills : Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze large sets of data and derive actionable insights.
- Certifications : Google Ads certification (preferred) or other relevant SEM qualifications.
- Creativity : Ability to craft engaging ad copy and create testing strategies to improve results.
- Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present campaign insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
