Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment efforts for our International teams. You will be leading a small team of recruiters to deliver our hiring goals, as well as individually managing senior & leadership hiring for positions across Lenskart and Owndays. This role is based out of Singapore, reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition. This is a fast-paced role wherein you will utilize a range of skills to find the best talent for Lenskart including research, networking, candidate development/attraction, and assessment. What your responsibilities will be Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to deliver hiring for corporate functions across Southeast Asia & Middle East. Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (source – onboard) for senior to leadership level hiring for Lenskart & Owndays. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the organization's strategic hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers. Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity impact, etc. Use data-driven insights to collaborate with stakeholders and continuously improve the talent acquisition process. Job Requirements 8+ years of experience in owning the end-to-end recruitment process. At least 2+ years of experience in leading a team. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience hiring in APAC & Middle East markets. Ability to map talent via recruitment platforms, build talent pipelines, and nurture potential talent. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong focus on delivering impact as well as outcomes for internal stakeholders. Enjoys working with data & analytics to drive decision-making with stakeholders. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility & agility, comfortable working in an ambiguous environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
