EPI is a key contributor of precision engineering to global Aerospace, Defense, and Oil & Gas industries. We provide solutions with industry-specific standards and our focus is on building precision manufacturing infrastructure. EPI is fully equipped for machining, manufacturing engineering, surface treatment, coating, repairing, and cutting tools and assemblies. Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide commercial support to Business Development department processes, including but not limited to, demand management, BID management, customer satisfaction, contract reviews, etc.
  2. Adhere to all Policies and procedures related to the Business Development department.
  3. Support the integration of SAP system for Commercial Practices.
  4. Ensure strict compliance with demand management with direct involvement of right stakeholders.
  5. Manage Aerospace customer web portals, particularly Orders intake, Forecast, BIDs Management, and other related activities.
  6. Extract, circulate, track, record, archive RFQ/RFP/RFI Data Packages from Customer's Portals, and follow up on Proposal Submission within customer's Portals.
  7. Maintain Aerospace Sale plan Scenarios; collaborate where required and align lead time with the customers.
  8. Generate Sales reports to Management including YTD/MTD Sales Report Circulation.
  9. Prepare documents for company Qualifications, Customer Questionnaires, Portals Registration, and other initial assessments needed for new customers.
  10. Handle customer urgent commercial needs, requirements, and disputes, and cascade them internally to relevant stakeholders within BD or other departments.
  11. Conduct weekly meetings with customer's ordering officers to understand customer needs and cascade internally to get needed support from all stakeholders.
  12. Circulate, collect, and escalate Quarterly Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires where needed through an efficient tracking system.
  13. Allocate SO for order completion to enable DN creation & invoicing.
  14. Support managing an ongoing flow of identified prospective partners to identify new business opportunities.
  15. Proactively drive new lead generation by setting up appointments and meetings to progress these relationships.
  16. Support Business Development team in managing projects within or segments of existing or developing key accounts.
  17. Work in partnership with internal operations function to provide relevant and compelling communications support to customers and stakeholders, helping to increase the overall efficiency of internal processes.
  18. Support across different functions of the key business, particularly Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree in Business or Law is desirable.
Experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in a commercial role.
  • Aerospace, Defence, and Oil & Gas experience is desirable.
  • 5 years of experience working in contract management.
