Our success relies on the effective integration of Information Retrieval (IR) and Machine Learning (ML). As a Machine Learning Engineer at EZee Assist, you will play a crucial role in architecting and implementing our ML/IR pipeline to support the company's growth and innovation.Overview of Responsibilities:Architecting the long-term vision of the ML/IR pipeline.Building a robust MLOps pipeline to define, track, and evaluate different configurations of the ML/IR system.Implementing IR and NLP techniques to improve the accuracy and reliability of our product.Experimenting with different methods to optimize the performance and utility of LLMs within our system.Researching how novel business applications beyond search and communications can be unlocked by recent advances in ML technology.Skill Prerequisites:BSc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering as equivalent as a minimum.Proficiency in Python.At least 2 years of prior experience in Machine Learning, working on ML/MLOps problems in industry or academia.Completed projects involving neural net model training using PyTorch or TensorFlow.Strong understanding of probability and statistics relevant to ML.Experience with cloud-based frameworks, preferably AWS.Familiarity with Git or equivalent version control system.Nice-to-have Skills:Experience working with LLM APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic.Work experience in information retrieval: e.g., working on search engines.Familiarity with Natural Language Processing techniques and theory: e.g., experience working on different embedding models, using transformers for NLP tasks.Join EZee Assist's team and be part of a dynamic startup driving the future of information retrieval and ML innovation.
