Job title: Call Center ManagerCompany: Arbete CareersJob description: About the job Call Center Manager. One of our clients is in the Real Estate industry in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is hiring for the position of Contact Centre / Call Centre Manager.Location: Makkah, Saudi ArabiaYears of Experience: 10 yearsEducational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Public RelationsCompetitive salary including other benefits:Medical insurance for the employee and his familyAnnual travel ticketCommissionNotice Period: Immediate joiners or maximum one-month notice periodCandidate Requirements:Resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia10+ years of practical experience in the same fieldProficiency in solving problems, training and following up periodicallyHas sufficient qualifications to lead a teamGood skills in developing and implementing strategiesProficiency in improving and managing customer relationshipsExperience as a manager for a minimum of 6 years in the same positionRequired Saudi National Candidates; in case of non-Saudis, it should match the standards and requirements of the Ministry of Human ResourcesNote: We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted.Expected salary:Location: مكة المكرمةJob posting date: Fri, 19 Jul 2024 03:38:39 GMTApply for the job now!
