Job Title: Senior HR OfficerEducation: Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)Nationality: Any NationalityVacancy: 1 VacancyDescription:Candidates with 5-10 years of experience in senior HR officer positions, particularly those with a background in training and development.Responsibilities:Manage and lead the creation, review, and updates on existing Job descriptions.Lead HR operational activities to ensure timely provision of HR procedures and processes, prioritizing according to the needs and risks.Ensure the accuracy of data in the HRMS relating to records management, leave, payroll, medical, and other HR duties are coordinated and executed within expected standards.Assist in updating department risk register and risk assessment activities.Ensure the delivery of all aspects of HR services within agreed SLAs and regularly provide reports and matrices on department performance and milestones.Manage all offboarding full cycle formalities for all employees.Conduct exit interviews, identifying trends and recommending actions to address concerns.Raise HR-related issues with line managers in a proactive and diplomatic fashion, identifying practical solutions and appropriate action plans.Conduct periodic internal audits on department activities to ensure compliance.Be proactive in identifying issues, themes, and patterns affecting employees' health and welfare, including sexual harassment and abuse of authority.Manage & lead the management initiatives for an inclusive, positive, and prospering culture.Perform other related duties as assigned.Company Industry:IT - Software ServicesDepartment / Functional Area:HRHuman RelationsIndustrial RelationsKeywords:Senior HR Operation
