SAP B1 Systems Analyst

SAP Business One Systems Analyst £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Nottinghamshire (hybrid) SystemsAccountants are currently working with an organisation seeking a Business Systems Analyst to oversee, maintain, and enhance their operations, particularly focused on their SAP Business One ERP set-up and its integrations. Role Responsibilities

• Take the lead in ongoing business software projects to ensure seamless functionality across systems, particularly SAP Business One ERP and Power BI.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, ensuring modifications and process changes are implemented smoothly.
• Develop the Power BI reporting platform, ensuring it is appropriately set-up for the users.
• Resolve issues with BAU activities involving systems which will include user set up, management of software licenses, systems administration.
• Use data skills to get important information from existing systems via running of SQL queries, perform mass updates and build and maintain reports to provide business insight.
• Provide mentorship to the IT team and SAP end-users across the business.
• Drive IT security improvements, implementing new security protocols.

• A minimum of three years’ experience in a software administration / management role.
• At least 2 years of experience in SAP Business One.
• Technical proficiency in Windows Administration, Linux, and VMWare.
• Experience in database administration and process automation.
• Experience in T-SQL and SQL Server Integration Services desirable.
• Demonstrable experience of managing software (ERP/WMS etc.) and working with end users and third parties to implement business improvements.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power Query, DAX, and other data modelling. Ideally, experience with BI tools such as Power BI to produce / maintain data visualizations.
