Reference: 6707291 Do you have world-class leadership and finance credentials? Are you masterfully strategic and analytically skilled? Is there a dose of Corporate Finance in your CFO DNA? If you answered "YES" to the three questions at the top of this advertisement, read on. If you are lying on the beach at the finish of 2024 and thinking "It's time for a change," then read on some more because we want to hear from you! Keith Andrews needs a new CFO. But not just any CFO. We are looking for a world-class Chief Financial Officer with a demonstrated track record to help us achieve heavy vehicle sales and service market domination in NZ. About Us Sounds good so far but never heard of us? Keith Andrews Trucks has grown from humble beginnings in Whangarei 32 years ago, to one of the largest truck importers and distributors (sales, service, and spares) in New Zealand. Daimler brands Fuso, Mercedes Benz, and Freightliner are what our staff and customers love and approximately 1 out of every 4 trucks in NZ is imported and/or sold by a Keith Andrews Group business. We are nationwide with a team of ~400 people spread across branches in Whangarei, Manukau, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Napier, Wellington, Christchurch, Timaru, and Dunedin. The Role Summed up in a word, the CFO role at Keith Andrews is diverse. Leading a team of 16 people located between Auckland and Whangarei, the Chief Financial Officer sits on the Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The CFO is responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the wholesale and retail operations of the Keith Andrews business and plays a crucial role in managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting process control. The CFO's expertise ensures accurate financial records, timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and provides strategic financial insights and coaching to support decision-making by business leaders. This is not a role for a person without a proven track record as a CFO. We are looking for a smart, experienced CFO that understands the business and doesn't just keep an accurate scoreboard. If you don't possess leadership skills, financial, corporate finance, and treasury expertise as well as the ability to operate across a high complexity high performing group, this is not the role for you. Your ability to use financial and non-financial data to help understand the future as well as support and challenge Sales and Aftersales operational functions is mission-critical at Keith Andrews.
