Job Description: Tele Sales Executive (International Sales) Position: Tele Sales Executive Experience Required: 2+ years in International Sales (ERP/Software/Application Sales) Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad Shift: Rotational (5-day workweek, Saturday and Sunday off) CTC: 6.5–7 LPA Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and drive sales for ERP, software, or application solutions across US, UK, and Asia markets. Engage with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their business needs. Present product demonstrations, provide customized solutions, and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status in CRM systems. Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to provide effective solutions. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in tele sales or business development, specifically in ERP, software, or application sales. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in international markets (US, UK, Asia). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored solutions. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
