Education Program Director

About Our Client Non-profit organization in Singapore which is recruiting for experienced candidates who have experience in a similar NGO environment or start-up environment to join their team here. Job Description The Education Program Director will be leading the development of K12 and tertiary education and student programs centering around the science, nature, or marine topics and encourage hands-on learning experiences. This role will be overseeing the day-to-day program operations and looking into areas of development via assessments, feedback, and data analysis. The Education Program Director is strong in long-term strategic planning and will have demonstrated the ability to set goals and milestone indicators to evaluate & measure the program's success. In addition, the Director will be working closely with other teams to identify and obtain funding opportunities for the education programs and build/maintain strong relationships with the relevant stakeholders.
