At Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City, the Senior Associate - Revenue Management will assist in optimizing revenue performance andsupporting long-term strategic initiatives. This role will involve gathering and analyzing data on pricing strategies, market trends, andfinancial performance to contribute to revenue growth across park operations. The Senior Associate will work closely with variousdepartments to support the development and implementation of dynamic pricing models, improve forecasting accuracy, and providedata-driven insights to assist in strategic decision-making.Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of revenue optimization strategies for ticketing, season passes,food and beverage, retail, and special events, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Assist in analyzing and monitoring guest purchasing behaviors to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling,and bundling offers that drive incremental revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team to evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, discounts, and special offers,and provide recommendations to adjust strategies to maximize profitability. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue management, including yield, averagerevenue per guest, and occupancy rates, providing actionable insights for improvement. Support the execution of strategic pricing initiatives, including promotional pricing, seasonal adjustments, andpricing elasticity testing to help maximize revenue without compromising guest satisfaction. Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners, ensuring pricing strategies for external ticket sales orgroup bookings are aligned with internal goals. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure capacity management strategies are optimized to balance guestexperience with maximizing revenue. Assist in preparing business cases for new revenue-generating initiatives or attractions by conducting financialmodeling and return-on-investment (ROI) analysis. Provide financial and performance reports to senior team members, highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks inrevenue streams. Support the identification of cost-saving initiatives that improve profitability while maintaining the quality of guestservices and overall park operations. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in pricing and revenue management decisions. Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth, recommendingadjustments to revenue strategies accordingly.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Experience: 3-6 years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, strategic planning, or a related field.Skills:Strong knowledge of revenue management systems and tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial modeling, pricing strategies, and forecasting techniques.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and compliance processes.Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, sales, and operations.Languages: Fluent in English.Core Competencies:Self-Actualization & Fulfilment: Proficiency Level - ADVANCEDTeam Synergy & Development: Proficiency Level - ADVANCEDEntrepreneurial Mindset & Drive: Proficiency Level - ADVANCEDBusiness Acumen & Diligence: Proficiency Level - ADVANCED
