JASARA PMC is seeking a highly motivated Quality Compliance Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional project outcomes in Saudi Arabia's rapidly evolving infrastructure market. As a Quality Compliance Specialist, you will be focused on Compliance and Quality Systems requirements specific to the Directorate of Engineering Services.Responsibilities Supporting Quality Management Unit Head. Responsible for defining quality standards, policies, and guidelines ensuring quality objectives are met. Responsible for evaluation of metrics and performance reporting - organize and analyze data and identify trends to offer solutions. Supporting and coordinating day-to-day compliance activities and projects. Perform or oversee routine audits of compliance processes to assure accuracy and thoroughness of completion. EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum of 8 years of experience in quality compliance management in various sectors.Technical CompetenciesQuality managementAuditing & ComplianceProject and Programme managementStakeholder management & communicationRisk, opportunity, and issue management
