Octopus by RTG is the tech outsourcing and hiring arm of Robusta Technology Group. In partnership with a leading insurance company committed to providing exceptional digital experiences to the customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Performance Manager to lead our partner organization's digital marketing efforts and drive growth through data-driven strategies.Role Overview:As the Digital Media Performance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will lead a team of specialists in digital performance, analytics, and marketing automation, while also collaborating with a third-party performance agency. Your primary goal is to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue through effective digital marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, including a digital performance specialist, analytics expert, and marketing automation specialist. Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance to ensure team success. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Campaign Management: Manage digital media budgets and allocate resources efficiently. Monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results. Utilize advanced analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign effectiveness. Conversion Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates across the customer journey. Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the product and development teams to enhance the customer experience. Analytics and Reporting:Ensure accurate and timely reporting on campaign performance.Provide actionable insights to inform marketing decisions.Develop and maintain a robust analytics framework.Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty. Create personalized customer journeys and nurture leads through targeted campaigns. Optimize email marketing strategies for maximum impact. Third-Party Agency Management: Oversee the performance of the third-party performance agency. Ensure alignment with company goals and effective collaboration. Evaluate agency performance and make recommendations for improvement.
