Work Experience: 5.0 Year(s) To 10.0 Year(s)Function: HR - IR / Administration / Facility ManagementPrior experience in Feed Industry is requiredIdentify process gaps and provide solutionAssist manager with staff requirements.Lead the HR Advisors on all HR related processes, tasks and overall administrationIdentify & address employee requirements i.e. performance, training & development plans.Training staff on HR policies, practices & procedures.Liaise with recruitment agenciesArrange training sessions for new starters and refresher sessions with existing employees.Provide resolutions on complaints and inquiries.Apply NowInterested candidates are requested to apply for this job.Recruiters will evaluate your candidature and will get in touch with you.
