A Sales Manager is a professional who is responsible for the company's revenue stream. Reporting to the director of business development, this position will have a huge impact on the future of our company. He/She is also responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the company's sales strategy.Responsibilities:Manage company key accounts, hit sales targets and best utilization, and cross-sell by enabling new business lines.Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.Maintain and improve relationships with clients.Present sales & revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.Build a good understanding of company technology and an in-depth understanding of its products and the associated markets.Quickly acquire knowledge about what customers need and how they view company products.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related (equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting.Strategic thinker and an excellent communicator.Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Should be a team player who is able to collaborate with other departments effectively.Positive attitude, with the ability and desire to dive deep into issues and resolve them.Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Superb leadership ability.Ability to travel.
