Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist with a background in engineering consulting and strong proposal development skills. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading the proposal process to drive company growth. Key Responsibilities:Market Research: Identify potential clients and industry trends.Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.Proposal Development: Lead the creation and submission of proposals.Business Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies.Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Sales & Negotiation: Manage the sales process and close deals. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field.Experience: 5 years in business development within engineering consulting.Skills: Strong proposal development, communication, and negotiation skills.Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
