- Plans, designs, develops, tests, debugs and documents system applications of low to moderate complexity, applying knowledge in programming techniques and computer systems.
- Converts technical specifications into sequence of detailed instructions and logical steps for coding
- Coordinates with Technical Team Lead for task assignments, support and other development-related instructions.
- May take initiative to move a project to the different phases.
- Provides system and user support and may suggest systems and process improvements
- Manages customer relationship and maintains high quality service ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide resolutions on the concerns related to the project.
- Assist users to resolve problems in running computer program.
- Assists in the knowledge transfer during project turn-over.
- Qlik or any BI Tool experience, SQL, ETL Azure (data factory/databricks) or experience in Python a plus
