Position Overview: As a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Specialist at Zones, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and executing sales on the Microsoft Qualified lead referral program (MSQRP) to increase the organization’s footprint with OEMs and maximize sales. What you will do as a Cloud Solutions Specialist:
- Drive Microsoft-qualified referrals by identifying and contacting relevant customers.
- Schedule Microsoft Teams meetings with qualified leads to discuss their IT infrastructure needs.
- Consult with customers to recommend the most suitable Microsoft Licensing solutions.
- Manage B2B client relationships to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Stay up to date on the latest Microsoft products and service knowledge.
- Identify and solve issues related to M365 Licensing.
- Assist Account Managers in licensing discussions by providing in-depth knowledge of M365 products.
- Empower Account Managers to answer basic Microsoft Licensing questions through knowledge-sharing.
- Attend Microsoft Teams meetings set by Account Managers to support customer licensing discussions.
- Analyze customer licensing needs and identify potential gaps or optimization opportunities.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in technology sales or lead-generation-focused role with ability to scope and price solutions with minimal support.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Cloud Certification/Knowledge like Microsoft Programs would be a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft software and infrastructure licensing plans would be a plus.
- Exceptional learning skills, motivating individuals to reach their full potential.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset for assessing program effectiveness and making data-backed improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Passion for staying current on industry trends and best practices in developing Sales Team.
