We are looking for an experienced & passionate HR professional with focus of PMS, Comp & Benefits, Talent Mapping, HR Policies and HRIS . This position will be based at corporate office and will involve collaboration with all HR Business Partners & HR Plant Heads at our factory locations to enhance processes and streamline HR Process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic HR management, with a proven track record in performance management, talent mapping, HR Analytics , HR MIS and HR digitalization. This role will be crucial in fostering a performance-driven culture and ensuring that our HR initiatives align with the organization’s goals of becoming a most preferred employer in FMCG industries in South India by 2030. Responsibilities HR Policies and Processes:
- Design, review, and implement HR policies and processes that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead HR digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate and implement HR technologies and tools to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.
- Oversee HRMIS implementation to ensure seamless integration with HR processes and data-driven decision-making.
- Establish and manage performance management frameworks that foster a performance-driven culture.
- Facilitate regular performance reviews and feedback mechanisms to support employee growth and organizational success.
- Grade Mapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive job grading system that aligns roles with appropriate compensation structures.
- Benchmarking: Conduct regular market analyses to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards and competitors, ensuring the organization remains attractive to current and prospective employee
- Implement payroll best practices and technology solutions to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate compensation disbursements, compliance with relevant laws, and adherence to organizational policies.
- Drive the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards and MIS reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights on key HR metrics, including workforce productivity, engagement, and turnover rates.
- Use analytics to recommend and implement improvements to HR processes and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices, particularly within a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with critical and strategic thinking capacity.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources (MBA or MSW).
- 8 -12 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on strategy and planning.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
