We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team, specializing in Cisco Voice and Video solutions. Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Systems Engineer with extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing Cisco Voice and Video solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Expressway, Cisco Unity Voice Mail, and video conferencing solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of Cisco Voice and Video solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure, and providing exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Deployment: Design and deploy Cisco Voice and Video solutions from scratch, including CUCM, Cisco Expressway, and video conferencing solutions.
- Setup and Configuration: Set up and configure CUCM systems, including provisioning, modifying, and revoking extensions.
- PRI Gateway Deployment: Deploy PRI gateways, including installing gateway routers, configuring from scratch, installing and configuring PRI lines, and configuring internal and external dial patterns.
- Call Routing: Configure call routing knowledge, including internal and external dial patterns.
- Call Detail Reporting: Design and implement call detail reporting, including data collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Session Manager: Configure and manage Session Manager, including call control, call routing, and call management.
- System Manager: Configure and manage System Manager, including system monitoring, system reporting, and system administration.
- Call Management System: Configure and manage Call Management System, including call recording, call monitoring, and call analytics.
- Cisco Expressway: Configure and manage Cisco Expressway, including remote access, secure connectivity, and collaboration.
- Cisco Unity Voice Mail: Configure and manage Cisco Unity Voice Mail, including voice mail administration, voice mail reporting, and voice mail analytics.
- Video Conferencing: Configure and manage video conferencing solutions, including Cisco Room Kits, cloud video collaboration, and video conferencing analytics.
- Periodic Upgrades and Security Updates: Perform periodic upgrades and security updates of the system, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical teams and provide guidance on Cisco Voice and Video solutions, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and company standards.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, ensuring a high level of technical competence within the team.
- 5-7 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing Cisco Voice and Video solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of CUCM, Cisco Expressway, and video conferencing solutions.
- Strong understanding of call routing, call detail reporting, and call management.
- Experience with periodic upgrades and security updates of Cisco Voice and Video systems.
- Excellent technical leadership and customer support skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
