Major Objectives of the Job:

  1. Develop and manage relationships with all stakeholders and clients.
  2. Customer relationship management.
  3. Conduct a ‘ninety days focus plan’ and report on the outcome to the Quality Section at Area Management.
  4. Minimize outstanding and average collection period.
  5. Develop short- and long-term strategies for the maintenance of accounts.
  6. Ensure smooth running of the implants and overall operations, and undertake contingency planning if required.
  7. Deployment, management, and utilization of all resources including associates assigned to the account.
  8. Recommend training programs for Kanoo Travel associates assigned to the account.
  9. Maximize employee satisfaction among the assigned associates to enhance productivity, performance, motivation, and morale.
  10. Extend assistance to all assigned associates in negotiations with airlines and other suppliers.
  11. Coordinate and manage the ISO Quality program amongst the implant locations.
  12. Generate management information reports and submit them to Travel Area Management periodically.
  13. Attend meetings as called by Senior Management.
Skills:
  1. Graduate in Tourism or any other discipline.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in profit center management relating to logistics/distribution.
  3. Candidates should possess skills in Sales, Customer Care, Time Management, Crisis Solving, and Administration.
  4. Only Saudi nationals with relevant experience should apply for this position.
