Role Description We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform and CE (CRM) Developer to design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions and applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and efficient solutions that address business needs, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Development

• Develop, customise, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Design workflows, business rules, and integrations to ensure seamless user experiences.

• Develop and maintain integrations between CRM systems and external applications using APIs and other integration tools.
• Design and implement data flow processes and ETL pipelines within the Power Platform environment.
• Ensure data accuracy and synchronisation across connected systems.

• Monitor and optimise system performance to ensure responsiveness and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM and Power Platform applications.

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide technical insights and recommendations to enhance system functionality.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, workflows, data flow diagrams, and user guides.
• Document integration processes, customisations, and configurations for future reference and team collaboration.

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) development.
• Strong understanding of CRM customisation, configuration, and development best practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience in designing and implementing data flows and ETL pipelines using Power Platform tools.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, C#, and .NET for CRM customisation.
• Experience in integrating systems using APIs and managing data flows.
• Experience in Cloud Computing
• Business Process and Solution Architecture knowledge

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
