In a Loss Prevention role, your key focus is minimizing loss from all sources by:

• Identifying loss patterns
• Uncovering potential internal theft
• Identifying and deterring suspicious behavior
• Being a health & safety champion
• Removing opportunities for theft
• Ensuring a safe and secure store environment.

Our Whakatane store is looking for someone to join the Loss Prevention team. This is a part-time role, which will involve working Monday 10:45am - 5:15pm, Tuesday 10:45am - 5:15pm, Wednesday 10:45am - 5:15pm, and Sunday 10:45am - 5:15pm. To be successful in a Loss Prevention role, you will:

• Have amazing communication skills, both written and oral
• Be confident and remain calm under pressure
• Be comfortable handling situations of conflict that may occur
• Be willing to go the extra mile to help our customers
• Maintain the highest level of integrity and honesty at all times.
