JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide excellent customer service, informing customers of our current promotions and best-selling items.
2. Assist the team to guarantee the store display follows our brand guidelines to attract customers to walk into the store.
3. Ensure store opening, closing, and sales transactions are in line with the SOP of our brands.
4. Contribute positively to achieving individual and group sales targets by increasing UPT & ATV and returning customers.
5. Proper care of stocks, inventory, mannequins, and any items within the store at all times.
6. Work with the inventory & merchandising team to ensure the floor inventory and stocks have no losses by conducting stock counts and receiving.
7. Act as the Company representative by complying with Brand standards.

1. Open to Malaysian citizens only.
2. Able to start immediately.
3. Flexible schedule, able to work a minimum of 4 days a week.
4. Highly motivated with good insight into customer service.
5. Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure.
6. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
