MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights.
• Design and implement data visualization solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Collaborate with departments to identify reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in MIS reporting from Collection Agencies/NBFC/Fintech is mandatory.
• Experience in collection agencies/financial institutions/Fintech/NBFC is mandatory.
• Proficient in: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL and Python will be added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be willing to work from office.
